The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 1xbwt of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not such activities were authorized by you.

3.4 Account Restrictions

1xbwt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at any time at its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the Company or other users. Employees of 1xbwt, their immediate family members, and business partners are prohibited from opening accounts or participating in promotional offers.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

1xbwt accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and credit/debit cards. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified for each payment method. 4.2 Deposit Processing

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

Users must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the 1xbwt platform without express written permission from the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbwt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. The Company's total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 1xbwt services shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. 11. Account Closure and Termination

Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in these Terms. The Company reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11.2 Involuntary Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to retain any funds in your account pending investigation or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

12. Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
